Ms. Ruth Chou

Our Mandarin program is directed by Ruth Chou. Ms. Chou is a state-accredited elementary school teacher in California and has a BA in education from San Francisco State University. She is a native Mandarin
speaker and is the Dean of the Mandarin education program at the Grace Mandarin Baptist Church.

We are extremely fortunate to have her skills and interest in education at our school.
